Arria, a private legal entity, headquartered at Rua Professor Hermenegildo de Campos Almeida, registered under CNPJ/MF nº 34925583808 (“Merchant” or “we”), takes your privacy seriously and ensures the security and data protection of all its customers, partners, suppliers, and users (“Users” or “you”) of the website www.arria.com.br and any other website, Store, or application operated by the Merchant (hereinafter referred to simply as “Store”).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you about how we use and disclose information collected during your visits to our Store and in messages we exchange with you (“Communications”).

“Data Protection Laws” means all legal provisions regulating the Processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to, Law nº 13.709/18, the General Personal Data Protection Law (“LGPD”).

Non-provision of Personal Data

We recommend that you inform yourself about the privacy policy of each site visited or each service provider used.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will publish the new text in the Store, with the updated revision date. We may alter this Privacy Policy at any time. If there is a significant change in the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may inform you through the contact information we have in our database or via notification in our Store.
We remind you that we are committed not to process your Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the objectives described above, except as otherwise required by law or court order.
